There is something very incredibly special about Vanessa, she has this amazing ability to make everyone she encounters feel relaxed and comfortable. Vanessa exudes confidence, being in her presence you immediately feel you are in strong capable hands. It does not matter the topic, childbirth, cpr or infant care, she presents the information in a nonthreatening way, she makes it make sense to people and so that people walk away feeling positive rather then intimidated and frightened.
